Security & compliance

Audit-ready by architecture.

Robots work in regulated environments — automotive, logistics, healthcare. Fieldron is built so that every service event produces the evidence those environments demand, without anyone having to remember to write it down.

Sealed, immutable records

Every repair runs as an evidence-gated checklist. Each completed step — photo, measurement, pass/fail confirmation — is hashed and appended to an immutable repair record the moment it happens. The audit log is finished before the access panel is closed, and it cannot be edited after the fact.

Data protection & tenant isolation

Fieldron is a multi-tenant platform serving OEMs who in turn serve their own enterprise customers — so isolation is layered.

  • TLS 1.3 for all data in transit; encryption at rest.
  • Tenant-isolated data per manufacturer, with per-customer isolation inside each OEM tenant.
  • Role-based access: dispatchers, technicians, and enterprise customers each see exactly their slice.
  • Enterprise customer portals expose case status without any access to OEM-internal systems.

Built for the regulatory wave

The EU AI Act, the EU Machinery Regulation (applying from 2027), and OSHA guidance on human-robot collaboration all require audit trails, safety documentation, and incident records that manual systems cannot credibly produce. Fieldron's documentation frameworks are designed so compliance is a by-product of doing the work — not a retrofit.

  • Chain-of-custody records for every safety-relevant component.
  • Versioned SOPs with mandatory evidence at safety-critical steps.
  • Fleet-wide recall and campaign orchestration with full execution records.
  • Exportable, customer-facing compliance documentation per service event.
